In October 2013, the consortium Bureau Veritas BIVAC BV / Soget signed a concession agreement with the Togolese Republic for the implementation and operation of a Single Window for Foreign Trade in Togo.

The single window is operated by SEGUCE TOGO (Société d’Exploitation du Guichet Unique pour le Commerce Extérieur du Togo), a Togolese company whose main shareholders are Bureau Veritas BIVAC BV and Soget, a world leader in port single window solutions.

The single window is an electronic platform open to all operators and users involved in the operations of foreign trade (import, export, transit and transshipment) carried out in Togo. It serves as a unique support to all procedures and formalities for clearance and removal of goods at all points of entry and exit from the territory (Port of Lomé, border crossings and airport).

It interoperates with private and public organizations electronic systems such as ASYCUDA. It also includes the Single Invoicing Document service, enabling the payment at selected banks of all the foreign trade formalities.
